BREAKING: Ondo PDP Guber Crisis: Appeal Court to Give Judgement today

 The Special Panel of the Appeal Court in Abuja sitting on the Ondo Peoples Democratic Party Governorship Candidacy tussle for Saturday's election will give its judgement today.

In a notice sent to all parties, the court said it will give its judgement by 12 noon on the Eyitayo Jegede versus Biyi Poroye and others case as well as that of the Ahmed markarfi and Ben obi versus biyi poroye and others.


Both Jegede and Ahmed markarfi are challenging justice okon abang federal high court ruling of Oct 14 and judgement of June 29 which ordered the substitution of Jegede's name as well as gave recognition to biyi poroye and others as ondo state PDP executives.
